half-pound of Salmon, pan-fried with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic chives. 9 Points.

Baked potato with Fat-Free Sour Cream and real butter, 5 points.

Steamed asparagus with a Garlic Chive Wine Sauce, 4 points.

That's an 18-point dinner that I can make in under a half-hour, and I'll still have points for a Strawberry Yogurt desert!

I'm really, REALLY loving this diet! I'm not actually weighing myself so I can't tell if I've lost any weight, but I am FEELING better and healthier at the very least :)

Oh, and the WeightWatchers.com log-in I was supposed to be using from Heidi? Looks like the credit card she was pay8ing for it on must have expired, because it won't let me log in :(
