captain_slinkyToday has been the tensest work day I've ever experienced. I don't know what it is, but I am just TENSE! Every customer I speak to just sends me right over the edge and I start snapping! ANd I'm really paranoid, too... I keep thinking that the people around me and in the chat rooms are all talking about *me* and plotting against me for some reason. I need the weekend to get here much sooner. Even one more day of this may make me snap.
