So on the one hand, i have seen with mine own eyes and heard with mine own ears how terrible things can get when the guy remains jobless and the woman goes to work. I have seen the man promise to keep the apartment clean, cook meals, and generally "earn a living" by performing domestic services around the house. I have also seen that same man not lift a finger until a brutal argument and guilt over physical abuse force him to do *something* about the condition of the apartment, but only for 3 days at the very most, at which time EverQuest and/or any other game would take over his time again, and the cycle would start anew.

Today is my first real day of such an agreement. Crystal is at work, and I am supposed to be cleaning the Kitchen and Living Room (tomorrow would be the bedroom and the bathroom, and Friday would be the Office and Laundry). However, here I am with the kitchen only half done, and I'm posting in my LiveJournal and wishing that I had the time to go play Tony Hawk, Serious Sam, or any of the other games we have sitting around the house.

This does not look good :(
