Magic makes me Itchy

aquatwo came over with one of my favorite Holiday Traditions; he brings the gift of Magic: The Gathering :)
This was a double-first for us! our first non-family House Guest, and our very first game played at The New House! It was awesome to see that yes, we CAN play games at the table and not have Molly destroy them! Our apartment was just too tiny and there was nothing to distract her... but here in new House she can watch a movie, go play in her room, or just come and sit with us at the table. it's pretty much awesome :)
aquatwo has been our constant link to The World of Magic: The Gathering. He makes sure that we stay interested, and keeps us up-to-date at least once or twice a year with all the various new rules and game mechanics. Getting to see the game played and talk about different combos and everything just... it really gets my juices flowing for that type of a game again, ya know?
After our game last night and all the new cards that are sitting here, I'm REALLY itching to build decks and play again. But there's just so much to do around here! That's why I *WILL* make a weekly Friday Night Game Night a reality come the first of the year! Even if it's just me andkhristle sitting there playing Pinnochle, we WILL take the time to stop and have a bit of fun each week. THIS I SWEAR!!!
