I think it is a great idea for an article. I think it would be a better idea for a book. I don't know how many publishers would grab at it given the niche audience, but it could be something that if they don't pick it up you could self publish through lulu.com or someplace similar and sell yourself. The bonus of that is you keep way more of the money. The downside is that you have to market it yourself.
I would recommend it be filled with photographs and cartoons too.
