I had a LOT of folks help me big time to get graduated on time... Mr. Knight, who was fresh out of college and teaching his first ever high school history class gave me a special "Verbal Final" at the last second that proved I had actually LEARNED the material instead of just copying from the text book on to my papers... My boss at McDonald's who asked "How many hours do you need me to say you worked in order for you to get the most credits you can get?"... the other kid who was in Summer School with me who DID end up dropping out and therefore provided me with an excellent example of a worst case scenario (his life quickly spiraled downward)... but yea, the lunch crew and custodial crew and bus drivers all did something really incredible for me there :) I think it may have been partly because my Dad had been a custodian/bus driver right up till I was about 3 years old and he was still fondly remembered within the school system...
