Been feeling icky since early this morning, but at about Noon I started feeling seriously *off*. Figured it was because of not having eaten anything other than pork rinds, but I'm at that stage in low-carb dieting where nothing *sounds good*. I wanted something SWEET, not SAVORY!
SO I made some Whipped Cream. One-half cup of heavy cream, a tsp vanilla extract, 2 packets of Splenda. WhupwhupwhupYUM.
At about half of that before I started feeling seriously nauseous. Sit-on-the-toilet-and-pray-the-room-stops-spinning nausea. A cold sweat, a headache, body hurting...
And then I threw up the weirdest mix of pork rinds and whipped cream.
Now I'm all post-puke achey,
