This here is why I do these things... yesterday I all but passed out at 3:30 in the afternoon, feeling weird and sick and headachey and nauseous. And you know why? I FORGOT TO EAT!!! I had a little snack here and there, little bit of ham, little slice of cheese, fist-full of nuts... nothing substantial, nothing with veggies GRRRR!!! How could I be so stupid???

I had huge plans for a delicious dinner, a cream of broccoli soup - never got around to making it though :(
