Breakfast - Skip
Lunch - Hamburger Zucchini Tomato Stuff
Dinner - Feta Cheese Turkey Patty, Hot Dog
Late-Night Snack - Sugar Free Whipped Cream with blackberries

Gym - .5 MILES, 31 MILES TOTAL

Clean - 20/10 x2

Made it to the gym yesterday, but only walked a slow half-mile on the treadmill because it's been a LONG TIME and I always try to ease in to things :)

THAT... is a much longer story than you may even begin to imagine :) Short answers are "Low Carb" and "Yes". Larger answer to be coming soon in an LJ post, since I'm making gallons and gallons of sauce today and will have tons of Internet Time...
