Breakfast: Pork Chops
Lunch: Pork Chops
Dinner: Pork Chops

I had a giant package of pork chops to cook up, what can I say?

This is just a temporary return to "Diet Stuff" as I try to get my body ready for being in a crowded convention center. See, carbs make me fart. A LOT. Like, I think I'm the basis of every stereotype about fat guys being farty. Which is fine, really - I heart to fart! I hd a friend in high school who's Dad could fart ON COMMAND, and I always admired that. I'm almost to that level, and I think Fart Command is an important skill for any father to have.

But at a convention where you're trying to sell stuff to people, it's important to NOT smell like a diaper full of room-temperature salmon and sound like a broken bassoon full of pudding. It's important that people be able to breathe while they paw through my vintage collectibles searching for treasure!

And so I am avoiding carbs all this week. Yesterday was pork chops, day before that was... well... I kind of forgot. I ate sausage for breakfast, then about half-way through a bag of corn chips for lunch I went OH CRAP I WAS GONNA DO THIS ALL LOW CARB AAAAARGH!!!" Dinner was salmon, crab cakes and corn (because ya gots to eat the seafood before it becomes garbage).

Today, there are plans. I have Italian Sausage and Chicken Thighs waiting for me to cook 'em up!
