I would like to be done with the stupid Abdominal Tear, please. It hurts, I can't go anywhere, I can't do anything, and the drugs keep me from being able to write anything bigger than a Facebook post. Doctor said "A good 4 to 6 weeks" for recovery, feels like I've been doing this for at least three months now, let's check the calendar just to be sure...

You don't know how much you use those muscles until you hurt them. I've had an abdominal strain before. Not fun at all. I had to deal with 22 12-year-old girls at the time, too.
