Thanks to modern technology, we can ALL run our own TV studio from a laptop if we want, including live feeds from your phone and whatever you like! Like-minded people could band together to create entire weeks of truly networked programming, somewhat like radio DJ's or the early MTV "VJ's" did back in the day - here's your 4-hour block, fill it with whatever you want to tell the world about. Maybe you want to do a live news commentary show, or just play cartoons, or there's an awesome movie you'd like to share - go for it!
