What is wrong with these people? Argh. I had someone scam me out of something and realized the system was weighted too heavily in the buyer's favor and quit selling using eBay/Paypal.
As for her, I'd contact eBay about this and point them to the communications to show it was clearly fraud. She shouldn't be able to get away with it that brazenly.
