I like to think of it as exercise for my innards. The Human Heart *is* a muscle, after all! And if you want your muscles to be healthy, do you make things easy on them and avoid lifting heavy things? HELL NO! You go to the gym! You lift progressively heavier weights! You get to be HEALTHY!

Since i can't cram an Ab-Flex in to my chest, I'll just have to make do with the hardening and clogging of my arteries :)
