SPENT: $30 (one $10 pass for each of us)
MOVIES SEEN: 2 (Black Panther, Isle of Dogs, Ready Player One, Isle of Dogs)
TICKETS PURCHASED: 10 ($123.21 with tax)
COST PER TICKET: $3
We tried to see Black Panther together as a family on Saturday night and found the first problem of MoviePass - it's hard to get seats all next to each other at a weekend nighttime showing. So we decided to go see Isle of Dogs because Molly loves Dogs, I love Wes Anderson and Crystal is up for anything :) The second viewing of this film for me, it brought nothing new to the experience which I was sad about :(
Sunday morning we caught Black Panther at a Matinee, which was STILL packed! Lucky for us, we got three seats together :)
I was not as impressed with Black Panther as I thought I would be, probably because it had been hyped SO HARD since it's opening as being THE BEST MARVEL MOVIE EVAR, and I thought it was just pretty okay. It wasn't *bad*, and it was actually quite GOOD, I just... wasn't blown away :/
