ASS-HATS!!!

Dynamic Forces (a company that specializes in unique comic book collectabes such as variant covers, lithographs, busts, and signed editions) has had my order in "Waiting To Be Shipped" status snce December 18th when I placed the order. Every day snce about December 27th or s I have tried calling their customer service center and/or e-mailing them asking for the status of my order or at least to tell me what is holding up th eorder. To date, no one there has contacted me back. I give them my cell phone number, my home phone number, and my e-mal address. Over the past two months, the civility of my messages has changed from "Please let me know as soon as possible" to "CNTACT ME! Evemn if it's jus to tell me to fuck right the hell off ad that you're never going to send me my comic books, then at least I'll know I can stop even trying!"
So now I'm at a loss. What should I do? Keep calling and mailing every day, or just give up?
***UPDATE*** After i wrote this post, i decied to call their toll-free number and use their company directory, leaving e-mail messages on every single employees voicemail startng with Aaron Aaronson and woking my way to Zeke Zetterman. On the fifth extension (Bertoldi, if I remember correctly) I got hold of a real live person who then transfered me to another real live person who couldn't figure out waht was wrong, but he cancelled the order and set it back up with a free upgfrade to the shipping. I should have my cmics early next week.
So the moral of the story is: Screw being Mr. Nice Guy, go ahead and be a Dick-Head! That's the only way to get things done in life!
P&C should pray that i get a son soon so I don't have to pass such wisdom on to Riley.
