Up all night

n Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I get to actually go to bed with my wife (the rest of the week I crawl in to bed when i get home and she is already asleep). On these two nights, things go the same way every time; Get in to bed at 10, try to fall asleep, drift off a little bit, then get jarred awake unexpectedly at some time between midnight and 1, get up and go back to bed at about 4:30. I rarely remember any dreams that I have in that 2-hour space of time.

But tonight I remembered. Tonight I dreamed about our son.

Mind you, we don't actualy *have* a child yet. Crystal isn't pregnant as far as i know. But this took place in the future, our son was about 10. We were at a cmic book convention with him (so proud), and Brittany was there, too. She grew up to be a very beautiful young woman by that time.

This was just so SHOCKING to me... I've never dreamed about The Future, ya know? Never imagined the posibility of an offspring. Itw as all so... well, I'm a little bit shaken.
