khristle who was able to find a copy of David Gerrold's The Man Who Folded Himself for me on her trip to Ohio. I had no idea that it had been reprinted in 2002! It's really just the most incredible tale of time travel you could ever hope to read, even if it does make your head hurt alot.
(David Gerrold is the guy who wrote "The Trouble With Tribbles" episode of the original Star Trek, by the way).
