From the moment we got up this morning, my girlfriend has been complaining. Within a 3 minute period, she complained about:

It's too early
It's too cold
I'm driving too fast
She wants to go to Oregon this weekend
She wants to stay home this weekend
I'm driving too slow
It's too hot
We're going to be late

I suggested that she take a moment to stop complaining and breathe, or she might pass out. And being passed out, she wouldn't be able to do all her favorite things like complaining and complaining some more. She got really quiet after that.

So we may be going to oregon this weekend, we may not. We may just spend the weekend sitting in uncomfortable silence with each other. Why didn't I just let her complain and keep my big yap shut?

I have no idea who Morning Musume are, but this article makes them sound... interesting? yes, I will use that word. Adn if I had a PS2, I'd be all over this game!

How does one even begin to describe Morning Musume, the all-girl Japanese pop group that's sweeping the Land of the Rising Sun? When confined to the written word, how is it possible to express the electric appeal of super-bubbly songs like "Love Machine" and "Happy Summer Wedding?" And how can you describe their Jasmine tea advertisements, where they don slinky Chinese dresses and cha-cha on stage to vaguely Indian-sounding melodies?
It's almost too much to stomach. The unholy alliance of Morning Musume was formed in 1999, and consists of ten Japanese girls, ranging from the ages of twelve to twenty-seven.

We've smootched and made up... everything is groovy now :) She admitted she was just being grumpy, and she really wants to go to Oregon now :)

Unfortunately, the trip may now be cancelled due to the fact that the person we were going to see there won't be there! Oh well... I'd rather spend the weekend moving Dotgirl in to her new house. No, really. Honest. Who needs great music, beautiful landscape, and the worlds largest used book store?
