First of all...

Lots of things to get at, probably do them all one post at a time (for posterity). So first of all, I proposed to Crystal, and she accepted :) She was on the phone with her mother at the time, and i acted like there was something I had forgotten to give her. Then there, on bended knee, in our living room, while she was on the phone with her mom and my niece (Brittany) as witness, I proposed to her. She cried. I smiled :)

CAT!

We got a cat! He's 5 months old, matches our carpet perfectly, and is demandingly affectionate (just like Penny!). After many days of trying to come up with a new name for him (his slave-name given to him by the Humane Society had been "Charley"), we had nearly settled on calling him Logan (to satisfy my geekiness). Then we thought about calling him Cousin Oliver. Then Maxamillian. Then Steve, George, Ralph, or Spider Jerusalem. For a full day, he had been dubbed as "He who shall remain nameless". But finally, yesterday, Crystal and I decided on a perfect name for him; HUFFLEPUFF! So we'll have some photos of Huffy up here pretty soon for you all to meet him.
