So yeah, we went and saw Daredevil this weekend. The short review is that it is every bit as good as your average episode of MacGuyver.
The long review is that it's a great little flick for us comic geeks. Plenty of great images that any Frank Miller fan has been needing to see on the big screen ever since the original run on Daredevil. And they got me all psyched before the movie even started by showing trailers for X2 and The Incredible Hulk back-to-back! By the time the opening credits finished, I was in a fanboy frenzy.
Unfortunately, the movie didn't have enough development. Like I said before, it's about as good as a really good episode of MacGuyver. You feel about as much emotion for Electra as you do for whoever the weekly romantic interest is for MacGuyver... the chick that you know isn't going to be on the show next week.
