Kiss and make up

Like the unemployed deadbeat lover who has been cheating on me and beating me through our entire relationship, The Universe has brought flowers and a six-pack of Schlitz to the single-wide trailer of my life. He wants to get back together. He swears he ain't never gonna hit me like that again. He knows he can change.

So other than the moral support of firnds and family which raised me *out* of depression, check out my day so far todaY:

• Had Jury Duty, so I get the day off (extra day off from work, PAID!)
  
• Was excused frm Jury Duty, because of my Sister's numerous run-ins with The Law (Hooray for Beth's drunken rage and out-of-control alcoholism!)
  
• Stopped by The Comic Stop and found several missing issues of a series I am collecting... IN THE QUARTER BIN!!! (Spent $3 instead of $30... YAY!!!)
  
• Just as I got hom, I was called by the nice people at 100.7 The Buzz (Radio For Guys) that I won their big prize package thingee hoo-haw of the week, which includes some monstrous AC/DC Boxed Set and a year membership to the Experience Music Project (EMP)!
  

Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to go and buy some Lottery tickets! If this loser wants me back, he has to SHOW me how much he's sorry!

If anybody on my Friends List who has an employee discount at the disney store could go and order me this book, I would greatly appreciate it :)
