Friday Five

Does anybody still do a Friday Five any more? Used to see them all over the place, haven't seen one in almost a year now! So let me re-start the tradition here, now, today.

Memorial

We just had the official work memorial for Vuthy, our co-werker who died last week in a motorcycle accident.

It was beautiful. Sad and beautiful, and I'm glad I have an entire lunch hour ahead of me to go and repress my emotions more.

Closest I've come to tears in a long, long time :(

AND NOW MY FRIGGIN' EYE IS SWOLLEN SHUT!!!

Nobody else in the call center is having allergy problems, but for some reason I've gone all Quasimodo in the face, with one wide-open bloodshot eye and one oozing, weeking, swollen-shut eye.

The drive home will be fun.
