Today is Michael Eisner's last day as the head honcho of Disney. Lots of people in different Disney communities have been using today to really bash on the poor fellow and I'm just... I dunno.

I think of him as the "Rebound Relationship". We had this incredible loving relationship with Walt, and when he died we were left in shambles.Oh we *tried* to go on like everything was okay, but it was all a downward spiral of depression. Then Mike showed up and he was so strong and wonderful... he gave us direction. He told us we were pretty. He told us that the Disne7y Magic was something wonderful and we could keep it going. And for a while, it was GREAT! ALmost like old times! He lifted our spirits and gave us hope!

Then the relationship began to sour.

That strength Mike showed in the beginning turned in to him being too controlling. And the arguments we had over financial matters always spun way out of control. Where once there was love now was just a feeling of "going through the motions". We knew it was time to break up.

We'll always love Mike for everything he did for us, but it's time for us all to move on. And I'm sure there's some lucky company out there just waiting for a great CEO just like Mike. I really hope we can still be friends!
