Worst Ninja Pie Day EVAR

nani_ka fell down the stairs and twisted her ankle in to positions what an ankle ought to not be twisted in), but this is definately the worst Ninja Pie Day: 80's Edition EVAR!
Why?
It's not because of the lack of pie. It's tradition that only two or three people actually bring pie and then everyone else brings leaky memory and exhaustion-fueled excuses. This time around pie was brought by Kerri and I (she brought a kick-ass Chicken Pot Pie, I brought a Smores Pie from Sherri's Restaurant), and Mieken did her part by bringing soda-pop for all.
It's not a lack of decorations. I have COMPLETELY decked-out my cube with Castle Greyskull, a Transformer, a Care Bear, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Smurfs, Pac-Man, Back To The Future and Rainbow Brite stuff. I even brought prizes for a proposed 80's Trivia Contest, but I'm not sure if that'll ever happen.
No, the reason my Ninja Pie Day: 80's Edition is sucking so much is because they tried to "fix" my phone for me. See, I was taking many, MANY more calls than your average rep, and a supervisor decided to find out why. Suddenly I was BOMBARDED with calls from ALL LINES (Video, HSI, CDV, Billing, Retention, Sales and The Spanish Cues) instead of my usual video/HSI cues. And I was SPECIFICALLY told to not transfer any calls, or to go in to AUX, or to do ANYTHING but "handle the call" untile they could fix it.
So these customers who are already angry because they're wanting to disconnect service or are having trouble with their phone? They have to get even ANGRIER because I have no idea how to help them.
