Like a $1.50 an hour raise!
Feb. 1st, 2007 08:17 pmJust got my first paycheck where I am actually using exemptions on my W2. I *had* been claiming zero deductions and we've been barely scraping by on that... but now I've got FIVE deductions and, well, I did the math...
Works out to be $1.50 per hour MORE than I had been taking home all of last year.
It's like a $1.50 an hour RAISE! It means we might be able to pay off the car faster! Move in to a bigger/better place! PUT MONEY AWAY FOR THE FUTURE!!!
And buy comic books :)
