Chore Wars Update
Jul. 24th, 2007 01:36 pmWell met, members of The House of Slinky! Poking around the Chore Wars website today I found that you can actually go and USE your items or SPEND your gold! Not for anything in-game yet (bummer), but you can designate what you've actually done with the stuff!
i find this VERY interesting!
The "Items" I put in my adventures from now on will be "Rewards" for myself that I can redeem only once I have acquired the item. For instance, "The Scrolls of Kka'Mique" will be an item that I can use in order to justify a trip to The Comic Stop to get my comics (which I can spend my "Gold" on, 10-cents per GP).
Alternately, you could "Use" any of your items for just aout anything. ue your Plus 2 Daggers of Stabbing to give yourself a new shirt? Armor of Dumstair in exchange for a burger at Shari's? I'm sure you can figure out a good way to spend your gold :)
