Fashion Advice, please!

For my interview today, I am wearing (from bottom to top):

• Black boots
• Khaki Dockers
• Black Leather Belt W/Muted Silver Buckle (leather matches the boots)
• Red Short-Sleeve Button-Down Shirt

QUESTIONS:

Should I wear a tie? The only tie i own is a dark-blue one with a Mickey Mouse pattern on it.

Should I wear a watch? Not sure if I own one that works.

Also, I plan on taking my dice with me so they can have been blessed by a trip to The Holy Land. Planning on finding a small patch of landscaping while there and taking a tablespoon or two of soil to keep in my dice bag. I should probably try to be as secretive as possible when doing that, huh?

Two-And-A-Half Hours Is Good, Right?

Before the interview, i went and had lunch with Jeremy (the old chum who set me up in there fatter'n biscuits). He said that I should be professional and try to have fun. If the interview went well, they would probably take me around the call center and introduce me to everybody, maybe even ask me if I want to play a game. Should take maybe an hour all said and done.
( Long story short - my hour-long interview took 2-and-a-half hours )

I have NEVER felt that good about an Interview in my ENTIRE LIFE! I'm feeling really good about this :)
