Poopie!

Molly suprised me today with pajamas full of poop. Thank goodness she was wearing the one-pie ce footie pajamas, or we would have been dealing with a trail of poop from one end of the house to the other!

Only casualties were the diaper itself, her pajamas, the pink blanket on her bed and my new Amazing Spider-Man T-Shirt. All are in the washing machine right now.

Magic makes me Itchy

Last night aquatwo came over with one of my favorite Holiday Traditions; he brings the gift of Magic: The Gathering :)

This was a double-first for us! our first non-family House Guest, and our very first game played at The New House! It was awesome to see that yes, we CAN play games at the table and not have Molly destroy them! Our apartment was just too tiny and there was nothing to distract her... but here in new House she can watch a movie, go play in her room, or just come and sit with us at the table. it's pretty much awesome :)

aquatwo has been our constant link to The World of Magic: The Gathering. He makes sure that we stay interested, and keeps us up-to-date at least once or twice a year with all the various new rules and game mechanics. Getting to see the game played and talk about different combos and everything just... it really gets my juices flowing for that type of a game again, ya know?

After our game last night and all the new cards that are sitting here, I'm REALLY itching to build decks and play again. But there's just so much to do around here! That's why I *WILL* make a weekly Friday Night Game Night a reality come the first of the year! Even if it's just me and khristle sitting there playing Pinnochle, we WILL take the time to stop and have a bit of fun each week. THIS I SWEAR!!!

REMOVE FROM HEAT

Must remember! Whenever I make a cheese sauce, I *NEED* to remove the sauce from the burner BEFORE adding the cheese!

Have ruined too many pots of cheese sauce by forgetting this :(
