Decisions to make

First, a word from Jazz-Hands Wolverine (includes new trailer)

SO! Saturday is Free Comic Book Day! Tradition dictates that I go get my free comic books form The Comic Stop and then go see whatever Geektastical Movie is opening that weekend at the theater that is conveniently located next to The Comic Stop. This year, that would be X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

HOWEVER!!!

*Next* Weekend is my Birthday and I'll be going to see Star Trek! Do I really need to go see movies two weekends in a row? or should I just go see both movies on my Birthday, having a mini movie marathon? Get my money's worth out of them free Popcorn and Soda refills?

I also have to remember that the next meeting of The Mystic order of The Sacred Slinky Gaming Night is on Saturday the 9th... right between my Birthday and Mother's Day!

A List for ME

Stuff i wanna do this week. Move along, nothing to see here.

• Get aquatwo to come over and adjust the sound on my new stereo. He's the closest thing to an Audiophile that I know and I'm pretty sure he can get that weird thump-thump to go away even if it IS a cheap-ass stereo.
  
• Put away stacks and stacks of comic books.
  
• Move stereo and record collection over to where the comic book stacks used to be.
  
• Clean the Bathroom.
  
• Take Molly someplace FUN, either The Jump Planet or Chuck E. Cheese.
  
• Cook another 7-Day Pot Of Chili
  
• Go to Double-D Meats in Shoreline to get some hot sauce and other goodness
  
• Unload The Truck
  
• List crap on Ebay (VERY HIGH PRIORITY!!!)
  
• Clean both computer desks.
  
• Swap the DVD Burner in HER computer for the regular DVD Drive in MY computer.
  
• Burn some Grey Market DVD's for possible selling and/or trading
  
• Put up the shelves in Molly's bedroom so we can fill them with books.
  
• Put up shelves above my computer so i can display my cool toys
  
• Watch that Warren Ellis GI Joe Cartoon that's sitting on the DVR
  
• Put away all the DVD's
  
• Mop the kitchen floor

Comic Book Ink in Tacoma has officially ruined me for Comic Book Stores in general. If I were to re-open a shop right now, that's EXACTLY how I'd do it.

That video has left me feeling numb and tingly and post-coital. It makes me NEED to own a comic book store again :(

MYSTIC ORDER OF THE SACRED SLINKY ROLL CALL!!!

It has been requested that we move Captain Slinky Game Night to THIS SATURDAY, MAY 2nd due to the stress and strain of the *actual* date i had planned (The 9th) being right between My Birthday and Mothers Day.

SO! Sorry about the short notice, but will anybody be able to come if we do this on THIS SATURDAY instead of next Saturday? If we don't do it this Saturday then we won't be doing any gaming at all this month at our house due to travel and whatnot.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR INTENTIONS!!!
