Diet Stuff
Aug. 5th, 2013 10:30 amThe weekend was too full, had no time to update! All I can remember is that I stayed EXTREMELY loyal to the diet despite being surrounded by s'mores and chips, and I didn't ever get to the gym :(
HOWEVER!
Breakfast: Hot Wings
Lunch: Skip
Dinner: Cheddar Kielbasa
Gym: None, 30.5 Miles Total
Clean: None, but I mowed the lawn so I think that counts as at least a 20/10
We went camping! My back was not cooperative or appreciative of this decision. The ONLY THING that worked was to take Ibuprofen and Vicodin together - which left me uncomfortably loops for about 4 hours, sure, but AFTERWORDS i was feeling just peachy!
