Dinner: 6-Ingredient Swiss Steak (getting real good at this GF/SF/Paleo stuff!)

Gym: 2.5 MILES, 33.5 MILES TOTAL

Clean: 20/10 x1

Updating from the Woodinville Public Library today because I have the Avast Antivirus scanning my system right now looking for the cause of whatever is borking my laptop. At 29% complete it's found *one* virus, and I know that if there's ONE there's probably A GAZILLION. I'll probably have to wipe the hard drive tonight and start from scratch... did I partition the restore dics, or did i commit them to physical media? Hmmmm...

Made it to the gym yesterday morning, HOORAY!

Experimenting with all sorts of cooking lately thanks to that Emeril Lagasse 12-inc Stainless-N-Brass frying pan - IT'S MAGIC!!! It turns fat, water and cream in to thick, luxurious GRAVY!
