- Have Breakfast Before Noon
- Clean living Area
- Go To The Gym
- Have Lunch Before 2pm
- Read A Bit
- Prepare Dinner
- Eat Dinner Before 7pm
- Enjoy a Television Program
- Prepare For Bed
- Read A Bit
- Sleep
This is the list of things I think I need to remember to do today in order to try and get out of my funk. There's other stuff I need to do as well, but these things... these are the things I often forget to do or skip that seem to be basic parts of human behavior. These are things that might make me more balanced (I hope).
