I should not have read The Walking Dead #15 while at work.

I should not have read it while talking with a customer on the phone.

I should not have screeched like a little girl when I reached the VERY shocking last page.

I should not have tried to pass the screeching noise off as a phone problem.

I should not have wet myself a little bit from just reading a comic book.

IF YOU ARE NOT YET READING THE WALKING DEAD FROM IMAGE COMICS EVERY MONTH, THEN WHY IN THE HELL ARE YOU NOT DOING SO???

Seriously, folks... it just made a grown man jump, screech and pee. Don't you wish you read stuff that made you do that?

I've been thinking of picking that series up in TPBs, but there're some other books I need to pick up first, to finish off some runs and things like that.

You're a smart person. I like to think that we think alike when it comes to cmics. You seem to have the same tastes as I. So please believe me when I tell you that THIS is the best that comics get these days. There has not been an issue that, when finished with, I simply said "Well that was pretty good, I lke that" (lik I do with Teen Titans or ExMachina). No, at the end of each issue of The Walking Dead I'm *inspired*. I can't pick up another comic book for HOURS afterward, because anything I read after that just pales n comparison. Identity Crisis #4 was completely shot for me because I tried to read it after reading The Walking Dead. I never thought a comic book - a medium that I have some control over, since I can see what is about t happen in my peripheral vision - could physically SCARE and SHOCK me like this comic does. When I turned that final page on issue 15, I screeched and tossed the comic n the floor. Tried picking it up again and looking at the image SEVERAL TIMES before givng up and just acceptng it. It's... it's just really, realy scarry and shockng and not dne just for shock value.

Oh, and it's also one of the few books I prefer in a Monthly format (as opposed to TPB), because I need tme to digest each issue.

Wow. That's pretty hardcore. I'll certainly have to give it a read.
