captain_slinkyWhat type of an ASSHOLE waits till 1:15 on Christmas Morning to call in and yell at a phone rep for no discernable reason?
How many times can I say "Sir, there is NO WAY that,at 1 in the morning on a Sunday, set up for a technician to come to your house at 6am (5 hours from now) to fix your remote control. No matter how much you yell at me, IT CAN'T BE DONE!
Frustrating :(
