What type of an ASSHOLE waits till 1:15 on Christmas Morning to call in and yell at a phone rep for no discernable reason?

How many times can I say "Sir, there is NO WAY that,at 1 in the morning on a Sunday, set up for a technician to come to your house at 6am (5 hours from now) to fix your remote control. No matter how much you yell at me, IT CAN'T BE DONE!

Frustrating :(

ah the night shift, when people who are too afraid to kick the puppy, it has teeth, can call and scream knowing full well you can't scream back and can't possibly help them
