Feb. 11th, 2006 05:36 pmNothing to update. Life is wake up/eat/hold baby/sleep for 2-6 hours/repeat.
khristle has it a bit worse since we're breastfeeding. She gets wake up/be fed/feed baby/sleep for 2 hours/repeat.
I *try* to give her more time to sleep, I do! But any time I take the baby out of our bedroom (for some quality TV-watching time with Daddy), it's like clockwork that she'll com barreling out of the bedroom at the 2-hour mark worried because it's been at least two hours since the last feeding!
So I guess the most I can do is keep her hydrated, fed and moderately happy for now :)
Molly has this little bump on her right temple, been there since the second she was born. I tell everyone that it's "The mark from where the Angels smacked her too hard with the Beauty Bat", but the doctor seems to think it's some sort of bone protrusion that she might have for the rest of her life. I guess they *could* do surgery to go in and shave it down before it becomes permanent bone, but she's just so perfect as-is! I don't want to mess that up! Besides, my Nephew Reggie had a simmilar bump right between his eyes for the first several months/year of HIS life that made us all think he was gonna be nick-named "Klingon" or "Unicorn", but then one day it just kinda dissapeared. And today the lad looks like Denzel Washngton!
So I'm not too worried... but Crystal still says I'm not allowed to nick-name her "Lumpy".
