It's just plain old WeightWatchers Point System! There's a formula for figuring out the "Points" of each and every food item you could ever eat by checking the nutritional information. Based on your beginning weight, you get a "Base" number of points per day (because I'm starting out at over 350lbs I get 34 points per day), plus 35 "Flex Points" to apply whenever you feel like it!
The biggest part of this diet IMHO is knowing how to get the biggest amount of food for the least amountof points. A can of Spaghetti-O's comes in at 10 points and is not very filling, where as Apples and Oranges are only a point each! Potato Chips are like 17 points for an ounce (one of those iddy-biddy lunch-size bags), but Popcorn is only 5 points for a half-cup unpopped! That's a HUGE BOWL once popped!
