okay so this shift you traded off, did it normally have diff? Or did you do OT from 8pm to 12:30?
Because if the shift ended after 8:15 I would think it would still qualify for diff, but hell this is a bottom line company and I'm sure they are saving thousands a month if they can lower their differental pay outs. Possibly more than not putting in time card stations, or from start the clock from 5 minutes after you put in your NT login. that record exactly when you start or end your shift. Lot of OT that is not getting paid out that way. When I was doing the management thing, we cracked down hardest on those people who routinly posted 15 minutes of OT by staying a few minutes late or arriving a few minutes early.
