Despite my best attempts at psyching myself up for another day of werk (even going so far as to do the corny old "Vocal Affirmation" trick of repeating over and over again that I was gonna have a GREAT day), I still felt nauseous and all murky the closer I got to the beginning of my shift.

So today I'm taking a Mental Health Day off from work. And almost immediately after I got off the phone from calling in to werk, I felt better! My nausea was gone, my appetite was back, and I was able to smile again!

So it's a self-imposed three-day weekend for me!
