A sit-com is any half-hour show with a laugh track in it that is not specifically geared towards children. At least that's MY criteria :)

Hulk and GAH are indeed sci-fi. Pufnstuff, Sigmund at Land of The Lost are all "Live-Action Kids Shows", which is a special sub-category of Cartoons.

I've GOT all the rules, they're just in my head :)
