Crappy weekend

Instead of doing ANYTHING this weekend, The Weekend decided that it would be better if I could do NOTHING this weekend. And then my foot started hurting, too.

I had started a big, long, bitch post blaming everyone and my own Left Foot for my miserable weekend, but none of that would stick.

Everything I did this weekend I did because I wanted to do it and/or becuase it was the right thing to do. It's about time tha OTHER people's lives come first instead of mine. I hate that I'm so selfish.

AND my left foot hurts :(

Meanwhile, the torrent I downloaded is absolutely amazing and will ensure that everybody has all the same books to look at while they are at home or on a computer for character creation :)

Hard copy is ALWAYS better than soft copy at the gaming table :)

My foot is STILL in incredible pain. Sure do wish I knew what the hell I did to it! Thank goodness for the "Open Bar" policy on our first-aid kit here at werk!

I really like those little orange ones - with the acetomenaphen, asprin & caffiene? Yeah, those. Although the down side is that the caffiene hits REALLY hard & you end up vibrating all night.

I know you've already apoligized for this and all, so I don't want to open a can of worms, but this is the first time I got to check my LJ today. I really had NO IDEA your weekend was so bad. I know you didn't get to go to the movie like you wanted to, but I didn't think there was anything else that you had really wanted to do.

There was PLENTY I had wanted to do... I had even written up a nice big bitchy post about it all but then just having written it seemed to have made me realize how bitchy and selfish I was being.

Besides the movie (aka "Snuggle Time With Schmoopie"), my weekend plans included garage sales, listing stuff on ebay, taking stuff to the storage unit, organizing the storage unit, cooking a nice fancy meal that we could eat all week long and more snuggling.

As it was, none of that happened and I got to be next to you for all of maybe 20 minutes while we were both awake :(
