That is the kind of insane idiot that drove me away from Microsoft (I was in the Windows 95 customer service team when it was released) and out of customer service. I really find it amazing how people can be so rude and mean to other human beings, especially when they don't have to look them in the eye. I realize that people get frustrated and feel powerless but that's no reason to treat someone else, someone who is trying to HELP you, like a piece of shit.
