captain_slinkyHad a customer spend a good twenty minutes trying to read something to me off his computer, ends up it was a url and he was having trouble pronouncing "http". He thought it was a word. Hechtit-Tip.
He was also assuming that even though I *SAID* to type "www"? One WW would be more than enough. Why would he need to type it three times?
And so I had him contact his computer's manufacturer to figure out why he couldn't get to Hechtit-Tip Whu period espn period con.
