• MIKE'S FAMILY: (Handing Mike a large, festively-wrapped box) Here is a Game Cube and Spider-Man 2.
• MIKE: (Removing decorative wrapping from box to expose a Game Cube logo and giving pause while looking at it before delivering his line) I now own a Game Cube and Spider-Man 2

when I was about 4 I got my very firs video game ever!! Strawberry Shortcake and friends for the Atari 2600 :D now ist that 80'sriffic or what?

OOOooooOOoOOoh! I'll et that was a real quality game, too! Amazing how we cou realy imagine that that PINK square was Strawberry Shortcake and the PURPLE square was the Purple Pieman, isn't it?

My first was some crazy knock-off game for the Atari 2600 as well. I forgot the name, ut I remember I was a paint roller being chased by pigs. And how many times have we all heard THAT tired old cliche`?

I just found your uploads on another (ahem) comm, and was wondering if you happened to have "Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas" in your bag of childhood Christmas memories. I would love to request it, as I only have it on archaic VHS.

And the first video game I got for Xmas? Wow. Don't know if I ever have gotten one. Well, the year they came out (5-6 years ago?), the husband and I got a joint gift of a new PS2 from his parents...hmm. Not really a gift for me.

But I remember the first game system we had in our house as kids...a first-gen Nintendo with Castlevania. That game rocked.
