Aug. 16th, 2002 12:34 pmI FINALLY got to see Donnie Darko (it was available through Netflix.com, of all places). Watched every square inch of that DVD, including all the deleted scenes, the infomercial, the infomercial commentary track, the director commentary, the video for "Mad World", the "Philosophy of Time Travel"... EVERYTHING.
You know a DVD is good when you CAN NOT get off the couch till you have exhausted every bit of DVD extras. Oh, yes, this movie was good. Until it is no longer fresh in my mind, it is now #1 on my list of all-time mind-blowing movies... which goes like this:
