Mordheim is an awesome game. It is the skirmish game for Warhammer Fantasy. You will definitely make money selling it on ebay. I would be tempted to buy it myself.
It is out of print, but still quite popular. Along with all the "specialist games" (blood bowl, mordheim, battlefleet gothic, etc) the rules are available for free online, but most people want a paper rulebook and they are hard to come by.
Cool! Y'know, if you *really* want it you could always trade something to me for it! No idea what you'd trade, though, seeing as how most of your stuff is in storage awaiting new homes :( Since you are an old budy, I'l let you have first crack at it though. Make an offer?
So i went through the Mordhiem set last night, sems that what it's missing is BODIES. Bilions of heads and arms and capes and back-packs and weapons, NO TORSOS OR LEGS. But at least all the buildings are there and the paper rulebook!
Also, looks like there's a bunch of diferent versions of Mordhiem? Mine is "City Of The Damned"... does that mean anything to you?
I'll see what I can scrape up around here. I should be able to find you something that will make you more money than selling that. I'll let you know by the end of the day.
I am building a Warhammer Empire army and trying to convert the whole thing so having tons of heads and arms and equipment actually works to my advantage. I don't really need the bodies. :D
There really is only one Mordheim, which is what you have. There have been a couple of editions of it I think so there might be a different rule book. But on the website they have the "Living Rulebook" which continues to grow even though the book is out of print. http://www.specialist-games.com/mordheim/default.asp
It looks like a brand new set fetches about $40 on ebay. I have 4 new Kroxigors that will get about the same amount. I'll toss in an extra one for a total of 5. 4 are brand new, but not in their packages. The 5th has some old paint on it, but that shouldn't matter.
Kroxigors run $17 each new. x 5 = $85 That is pretty close to the $75 new price for the Mordheim game.
I picked them up for dirt cheap just like you did with Mordheim so it should be a pretty even trade all around. You may find that Kroxigors will sell better than Mordheim too. :D
