Sep. 5th, 2002 09:45 pmIt's in a foreign language, but here is the BEST Rob Liefeld swipe-page I've ever seen!
http://www.dreamers.com/adlo/comparaciones.htm
See, Rob Liefeld doesn't actually know how to draw. This site shows all the different stuff that he has traced and/or directly coppied from other sources. The man is EVIL!!!

Date: 2002-09-06 08:36 am (UTC)¿Ha habido plagio? Yo digo NO.
A meager translation: Has he plagarized? I say NO.
To begin with, we look at the figures on the left of both images. One is Supreme, the other Superman. Who is to say that Supreme is Superman? Supreme has a white suit, as well as white hair. He does not have "calzoncillos" (I'm assuming this is the word for Superman's red underwearish bit) at the top of his pants, like the stupid, or perhaps snobby Superman (their words, not mine). Furthermore, Supreme has arm bands on his bare arms. It cannot be a copy. No. What about the red cape? Lots of characters have red capes. So, ending, a plagarism of Superman?
But from looking at the pictures, I agree with you. A lot of them are straight copies!
