captain_slinkyJust got back from the docotr's appointment with my Dad (I was there for moral support). From 10Am till 3PM we were there, and all they could say?
"We need to do some more tests"
Seems that they think it's a hip-thing, but they gave him an X-ray and it shows plenty of things wrong with his hip, but not the types of things that he is having problems with. So basically it sounds like they were just looking at someone else's X-rays! "Okay, Mr. Pierce... your X-Rays show that you should have excrutiating pain here and here, but you claim that you *don't* have pains here and here, only *there*... we need more tests!"
Just to let you know, every time my father takes a step, it sends a shooting pain in to his groin. Bad enough to were he has to hold his privates when he goes anywhere, making him look like a dirty old man. However, today he was feeling much better and did not have to grab himself at all, so YAY! He also says that it feels like it is getting better and better :)
Okay, enough of this... I want to get at least *one* chore done before my Schmoopie gets home! Later!
