Emo in The 80's
Jul. 25th, 2007 01:25 pmMaybe it's just me, but I consider many 80's Euro-Pop (aka "SynthPop") bands to have been the precursors to todays "Emo" music. However, SOMEONE on my Friends list disagrees. SO! Thinking of such Emo kids such as My Chemical Romance and Panic At The Disco, which of the following 80's acts would you consider to be "Emo"? WHO ARE THE GRANDFATHERS OF WHINEY EMOTIONAL MUSIC?!?!?
